Weight Lost: 30 lbs

Patti says:  After 7 months of classes, I've gotten stronger and lost weight.  I'm healthier, happier and looking forward to continuing to get in shape for my next birthday!  With all the abdominal, Pilates and resistance exercises, I have not had to go to the chiropractor since starting the classes.  Mostly, I'm thankful for the new reflection of me that I see in the store windows!  Bring it on - I've got the power!  STROLLER POWER!



Corina - After not skiing for several years, I was really concerned about my legs being too weak. Thanks to those wonderful leg workouts with the walking lunges, squats and oh those wash cloth exercises, my legs felt great and I skied all day without getting tired.   And thanks to the awesome ab exercises, my baby pouch is melting away! I look forward to the work outs with my baby girl in tow. I also enjoy getting to know the other wonderful moms that I meet in the class.

Stroller Power is fun, easy and motivating! The strength training along with the cardio is a work out that I would never be able to do on my own. Cindy, the instructor, is great. She really pushes each and every one of us. It is just like having a personal trainer for a fraction of the cost. Stroller Power helps get me motivated in the morning and out of the house. I don't know what I would do without it- walking around the neighborhood was getting so boring.

After 5 months of Stroller Power, I am in better shape than before having a baby! I have gotten stronger as well as feeling healthier and I even made friends along the way! I have found this to be the best, most varied workout I have ever done!
