ABOUT STROLLER POWER

Stroller Power was founded in the Spring of 2006 by Cindy Martling. 
As a mother of two young girls, she saw the need for a
quality fitness program for busy moms in Jupiter, Florida. 

Stroller Power, a stroller based fitness program,  incorporates cardio walks with
strength training exercises in an interval fitness setting. 
Stroller Power classes allow moms
to socialize and exercise while including their children. 

Stroller Power is different from other stroller fitness programs :
*  Strength training with multi-level resistance tubes, weights and balls
*  15 minutes of core strengthening exercises each class
*  Modifications for all fitness levels and ages
*  Classes held indoors - A/C Gym & Weekly Outdoor Classes at DTAG
